For new readers/investors, there are absolutely NO "legal questions" regarding CTIX. Only shorters have ever made allegations against the company or its CEO, and those allegations were deemed absolutely unfounded by a federal district court judge, in a very lengthy decision which went point-by-point.

To try to drag CTIX back in the mud is a desperate act by desperate criminal shorters. Admittedly, some of them have covered their short position, gone long, and are now going to try to rehabilitate themselves as shareholders. It's disgusting.
