The B-UP news was excellent this morning which is why I happily purchased shares during the dive today. The Mako piece had greater effect and raised many of the old legal questions.
You enjoy saying I'm wrong but have no legal precedent to refute what I have presented. Most are interested in why the company has not directly gone after SA and Mako directly. The answer is in the NNVC vs SA decision. Same formula, same result. Yes, it's disgusting but that's America.
