Some of the flags as why someone might feel hesitant is the fact that we are sitting at 4.4 billion shares. No actual forms showing any kind of buyback as presumed by people watching MRVB. Those who do not follow the MRVB or TPAC but are just now showing up didn't see any transaction so until the proper forms are filed you look at this stock as being maxed out in shares and with a recent move to Wyoming that allows unlimited shares you can see why someone would have concern. You can also see that once these forms are filed that hesitation will go away.
