Re: Rob124 #17269
I would venture to guess there are serious investors that invest in companies that are incorporated in Wyoming. The tax climate and easy means of incorporation are very attractive. Surely, a serious investor has to look at these variables as a positive. I take Bill at his word and believe the move was for the best interest of the company. In my opinion, if somebody points at the state rules of incorporation in relation to the authorization of shares as a basis for not investing in the company, that concern is based on speculation, not fact. There are a lot of companies with great business plans and products moving to incorporate in Wyoming. If never ending dilution was a constant fear, these companies would not get off the ground. I see what you are saying, but I think the concerns are a little overblown.

Just my opinion. Thank you for bringing this up for discussion.
