Huh? The FBAR gave nearly 2000 pages of documents, including the SUSPENSION notice, the annual report, and the March 2016 application. SFRX reported finding NOTHING related to the target vessel in those documents.
There was no permit "basically ready to go" as lender jrf posted. In fact the LLC was late on reports as emails from Mary and Fudd revealed.
Plus Fudd finally revealed through discovery they suffered no vendor losses even though they had told the Court they had. But I guess what you really mean is Fudd protected the toxic lenders identity. That may be true.
You should really do some DD before posting. And while you're at it, I see the (ahem) competition has an 8K out, but I won't PUMP the ticker.....EXP.....you know the rest.
