I think Volentine has been trying to discover ANYTHING he could use against Kyle.

And.....

FBAR gave him nothing
Kyle gave them nothing..

They disposed everyone at FBAR..
They had every opportunity to ask about 3 items... Nothing

They had every opportunity to discover the gold coins.. Nothing

They grilled Mary about email and phone calls nothing.

They dispoed Tim Parsons.. Nothing


Didn't they already dispose Kyle..? Yep

They say he perjured himself..

Nothing. The judge did not agree with the defendant position.. Which was attorney Kidd at the time.

He was such an embarrassment to Volentine He had to fire him and now has an attorney that has

0 experience in a courtroom. Lol

So what do you think Volentine new attorney should discover?

What could be left...He cant dispose FBAR any longer. His time to discover has passed.

The only thing he can discover now is perhaps is another attorney.
