You're absolutely right about the current manipulation in share price. The only upside, however, is that those closely following these short-term fluctuations can keep adding to their totals at what look like bargain prices, given the near-term future prospects of this company.

An announcement about new facilities contracted for product expansion, or a sizable contract, could propel the stock very quickly.
