After you made the $64 trade to start the day how can you criticize anyone for manipulation? BUT even implying the NanoLogix CEO is doing these trades is libel on your part because it would be accusing him of a criminal act. Not smart and not fair. I assume the Moderators are considering that when deciding to ban you from the board.
Bottom line, however, is that the system ought to be structured so that "mini" trades aren't even factored into the share price because they are either manipulation or so insubstantial that they are irrelevant. There ought to be a threshold of significance. Even though this is a penny stock perhaps only trades that are at least $500-$1,000 should be allowed to influence or adjust the share price. Right now it is a perfect system for "gaming" and has nothing to do with real investors and evaluation.
