Who said anything about KBM stalling though? Is it a known who requested the adjournment? Was it HJOE? Was it KBM? Or was it the court system clearing the docket for greater concerns. There is a cost factor on both sides at this point for extending legal fees. I don't see this as a win for either side. As I said yesterday, the wheels of justice turn slow, and I'll add, sometime grind to a halt. If KBM is the one stalling, they must believe they have a serious problem. No way will they be allowed to stall until HJOE comes back. HJOE simply won't comeback until this is out of the way. We're a good 1-2 years out on this still. This is a staring contest at this point and it remains to be seen who blinks first.
