Coujoe, Goodspeed... this is is exactly what I said 2 days ago. HJOE wants this. more then likely the reason I discussed with you two. A new chairman will not change the fundamentals of the SEC. I'm sorry but that's not the way it works. The law is written, his ability will only be felt at the enforcement level.
HJF if HJOE wants this, is this more about building capital to off set court case and possible fines or having to pay KBM and other outstanding loans?
