I believe the timing of filings rests all on the time frame of the KBM case. It would be nice to now what deal was cut with the SEC but I don't believe we will ever be privy to that. I have to believe if we were lucky enough to come to a conclusion in the case next week that HJOE has a time frame for to file. Just my opinion but I doubt HJOE has the freedom to put it off filings for more than 90 days after the verdict. Just a thought.
