well the KBM case would have to be resoved before any consideration of filing would come forth as you mentioned.
Until the KBM issue is closed I sincerely hope they will continue to generate enough revenue to afford the ability to pay for the audit Form 10 and any legal matters pertaining to relisting. Seeing they said Jerky sales will be attributing to rectifying these matters I don't think we'll see that anytime soon. audits are not cheap and neither is the outstanding loan. The allocation of profit has to be considered for all the areas of the company.
