It is possible TS. It would make some sense that other lenders would step forward and follow in KBMs footsteps and sue HJOE, yet the only one we see is KBM doing that. Doesn't mean they don't have a few more skeletons in the closet, I think they do, but the KBM case plays a vital role how quickly any other loans fall. HJOE wins and I believe we will see a domino effect.
