P.Vito, that is very sound advice.
This company could have folded and succumb to the vultures
a long time ago. Going dark only helps us, as it allows HJOE
to complete some unfinished business, without stock repercussions.
Remember folks Gene Gillstrap has $500,000 dollars invested at .03.
I think he wants a positive resolution to this whole ordeal.
I may be wrong, but I think KBM took over the remaining notes from
another company years ago. So, it is my understanding that this
is a KBM vs HJOE situation .
