I think they will wait for news to bake, but as I stated, it may be 9 months for full bake and we might not be at the necessary price to uplist.
The problem is that they need our authorization to do a R/S under DE incorporation. It best for them to have that up front especially if they are expecting revenue in the next 1-2 quarters. To wait until after the fact to have a proxy vote will delay uplist for another 3-4 months.
