I understand you don't want to wait a yr; but wouldn't you be willing to wait and see the impact Contract/Product/Revenues actually had upon sp to better know what is or isn't needed?
We've been down the numbers lane, (and I was asked not to go too far down that road by another).
....if after said news baked in, a smaller ratio may be considered doable by most, (if required).
