Walt, I am thinking it will show up but I have to give it
Walt, I am thinking it will show up but I have to give it like a 75-80% chance and that is only due to past history and the unknowns surrounding Secure llc.
Those new pictures on the Coates site look pretty decent- I am researching some of those companies and that locale in MX right now.
Here is how apparantly this deal will work:
1- Secure LLC gets orders from one of their clients , Proton, Core, Hoffer etc
2-Secure receives deposit from them
3-Secure calls GC and orders engines and gives 50% deposit
4-GC gets parts needed from Secure and orders engine blocks from Cummins
5-GC gets Wall Twp location ramped up quickly for this initial production.
6-Coates produces engines.
7-If development goes smoothly - GC will look for addtional larger production facilites
8-GC will also be trying to obtain large financing needed for such facilities and larger scale production as disclosed in their 5 year plan
9-This is where the large massive growth can happen quickly: Successful delivery, new facilites, new deals, large financing- we are golden. It will just be a question of how much golden? could be the "living comfortable" kind or it could even be "life changing" golden.
10-And this all starts with the payment of $1 Million. No payment equals pipe dream and hopeful ambitions: "Lets just sign the deal now and hope I can secure the money and deals needed to place the orders in due time"
Now the reasons for my unsureness are threefold:
1-Secure LLC is a very unknown quanitity and Daniel seems very much like GC with huge aspirations (not a bad thing) and seems to want to take over the hydro market and unleash its potential upon the world. But he is a start up too, So -you know how that goes.
2- Remember Well to Wire. We had to wait years to get dribbles of their license fee when it was initially always promised to arrive "soon". This later became Almont Energy.
3- Engine working as promised. This is the big one. We all now the history behind this. IF the engines get deveolped in masse and work as promised- it will be life changing. If not ,then you may get a quick pop(after production and before delivery) and maybe might want to take some off the table- before we find out the outcome of this.
this is all IMO of course but I think based on my long long long expereince here, it should/could be fairly close to this.
As far as the current share price- There is still dilution that needs to be done.
We need to weed through this and with payment , GC can extinguish any remaining debt and not need future toxic financing. The share price will go up slowly at first but when it becomes apparant the 1 mill is paid then we will get a pop into double zeros. Probably over .0025 . Once the inital order is made with the 30 mill depsoit that is when we will get up and over a penny.
GC will need to ramp up fast. and he will release PR's quick. Once everyone sees that its not the "GC who cried wolf and that this is bonafide"- the share price will react significantly AND move into the penny catagory.
IF he ramps up , gets the production going AND secures any of the other asian deals with payment AND financing - we will be up around and possibly over a dime.
Once the quarterlies reflect this - which could happen by 3rd qtr 2017 - then its off to the races.....and the NASDAQ within 2-3 years.
so there it is.
That is the potential. Lets cross our fingers that its not some plan to extract and sell more shares.
