Did any one notice that under Article 5 - Payments, Exclusive License Fee in Exhibit 10-1 of the form 8-K that George agreed to forgive the $75,000.000 license fee in lieu of a one time $1,000,000 license fee and a royalty of $50 will be paid to the Coates Trust for each engine or gen set sold by the licensee?

Sounds like George has learned some negotiation skills in order to turn the deal. This tells me that he thinks the deal is really huge.
