Naked shorting will be banned by regulators shortly after a huge American bank fails because of the trillions it is liable for in derivatives. Rising interest rates are going to increase carrying costs for the criminals and I don't think the banks will be bailed out this time as they were in 2008 and I hope they are not even though many innocent folks will be hurt. Sadly, I think it is the only way that the fraud will stop once and for all. Not going to be fun though when it happens and I don't think it is all that far in the future. These investment banks have been playing Russian roulette and they are about to find the loaded chamber imho.
