I think it's a good idea to go ahead and start getting organized and prepared now.
my grand daddy had a saying that has sometimes served very well.
It was: "Crowd Your Work: Don't Let Your Work Crowd You"
I like the idea of a Representative and think we should be prepared for a proxy fight if needed.
QMC has time to update us; We have time to prepare. PMs are a good thing in that regard.
