Having a plan is a good idea. Sending a letter representing or a representative to speak with management is a good idea. We as a group are the largest group of shareholders outside the insiders.

I personally think we have time for this in January. It took days to react as whole to the initial proxy. We can get consensus within a week in January. I just think we need to allow management time to reflect and devise an alternative that is good for them company and shareholders. Patience is a virtue we've all demonstrated for years. I'm just asking for us to continue the debate, but give them a few weeks.
