Cox doesn't always mean "instant SP spike" but he is much more than that.He goes into a company and "dissects it".He learns them inside and out.(As we all should) but he does it on a personal level.He will issue a sell recommendation in a heartbeat if he feels that management is not fully forthcoming.He investigates the science involved and all the nuances of the playing field.

He has a company that some are trashing (They are upset about the long wait and delays) and I understand the shareholder sentiments.But if Cox still stands by the Mgt,he is the best barometer to watch.He is extremely honest and will not continue with any company that veers from what he expects.

He is an exceptional investigator.
