I believe you have been answered. Leo is also a SHAREHOLDER and indeed understands the VALUE of an UPLISTING.  My interest extents to that and a little more. Should CTIX be uplisted and have CALL OPTIONS you may again be posting about FREE MONEY like you did on CLSN. Those early buys on CLSN call options % wise increased faster than the PPS.  EXAMPLE : Before the LEAPS I bought 20 OCT CALLS at .20 and by AUG the BID was at 2.70. That was more than 10x my buy price. Hoping to get that chance again is all.
