IMO-
QMC will not go to Nasdaq at the bare min $4 I would say at least $5 so that means at MAX RS it means we have to go to 20 cents from 10-11 to even get to Nasdaq.
Obviously we will need a much smaller RS if we get contract news prior.
I assure you that QMC will not RS UPLIST to Nasdaq without a hell of good foundation in future revenue.
Nasdaq isnt interested in having us come on board and die there because we dont belong there.
We will only go when we can support our valuation to be there!!
