I think they know we're aware of our position wrt shares.
They're listening.
Their offer still has 1M preferred w/a min 1 to 6 ratio and a max of 1 to 25
at the 1 to 25 w/current sp of .11 that'd put us at $2.75
I think we need more information as to what's in the pipe. Currently, I'm not feeling it. To see 1M shares turn into
between 40K - 166.667K will not thrill most.
We need solid information that would make something like this worthwhile.
We definitely need to see how our $ will grow rather than just funding the nx exchange on sh backs imo
....now if a clause (for current sh, if need be) were included that for all future spin-offs we'd get 1 share for every 2 we owned of QTMM (at time of), then that'd be viewed more like an investment w/some hope of return.
Some of us have put in N of 1000hrs and look at QTMM as part of our future.....just sayin'
