Yeah, that was mostly the predominant theme in those articles, I couldn't find much for successful examples that echo our exact situation, primarily for use as an uplisting vehicle.
Either way, if QMC's financials are solid & sound, they should be able to buck the trend & make a go of it. I too would have preferred the organic route....$1 or $2/shr works4me just fine, but I reckon they envision bigger opportunities on the BigBoards for whatever reason...but it is true that the Penny markets pretty much suck, can't deny that.
