I was in the middle of that. Both links provided show stocks already on the NYSE or NASDAQ. the one kept it from "De-listing. There in lies the rub. OTC stocks are generally trouble when one speaks of a R/S.

For me it has to be "Top Line Growth through "Contract Sales". If the right growth is delivered coupled with an appropriate "Market Multiple" I do not feel a R/S would be necessary.
