I'm not selling for years so 400 BPD during 1st quarter of 2013 or 3rd quarter makes no difference to me.  All I care about is TECO surviving the lead time between now and cash flow positive before the stock goes subpenny or worse.  We can "not" go below .01. I am hopeful that many will keep it real and remember that PR's mean little and production means revenue and future value to shareholders.
