Agree 100% Morts!  The problems that we have been having always seems to be due to some lack of experience in the drilling area.  If we eliminate that variable by hiring a firm to do the work for us, then that is a huge positive.  if you have shares of TECO and especially if you've been holding for more than 1 year, what is 3.5 more months to see if the 400 BPD comes true.  That is ten fold more than we currently have.  An increase of that magnitude should seriously boost the pps.
