Today's announcement does not even mention the Treaty TNC LA deal which I understand is still in the works.   This is West Texas.  Drilling funding in place + experienced drilling crew = recipe for success.  I think this is an unexpected bonus.  Lets Go TECO!  Get that oil!  Morts
