Yes they are 2 and 3 tick. With there big ask on 16.
It would be great if the bid sitters and the whales bid you talk about would move up to 15. They probably would not get that many shares at 15 and people would knock out the 16s.
They are not going to get any sitting down there.
Sometimes I think that big bid is just for show.
Lets see what next week brings. Hope some more buying pressure and volume.
