though I then added 20.2 Million Nasdaq ready 20.2 Million PTEL and 30 Million Osceola Gold. Came up with 70.4 million...
So I am thinking there must be 29.6 Million DUTV considering PTEL has a 100 Million SS to fill...
Considering 3.068 MIA certs and 1.469 with paper maybe 32.668-34.147 Million DUTV.
