I thought for a minute. Thinking 6 million and 3.068 Million MIA = 9.068 million. You're still short . So I added 1.33 Million ECGR and came up with 60.298 million. I subtracted 9.068 million and got 51.23 Million. So I remembered Carrie had 1.469 Billion with paper. So I applied the fuzzy math and subtracted 1.23 Million from 1.469 Million and came up with 239,000. So I compressed and then added my 1 cert and come up with 240. Exactly what is short at PTEL.

That left me with 50 Million so I forward split that 10:1 and came up with 500,000,000.

I thought for a minute. Wait there is 168,000,000 TORQ shares and 302,000,000 Encounter Tech Inc Restricted and 30 Million Osceola Gold Class A bags that need to be filled.

Guess What ? I added the sums and came up with 500,000,000 shares
