I'm aware of it. I know there are some stringent first amendment rights that protect those people, as well as us, and I'm sure those rights will continue to be protected. It shouldn't matter what they say though, it should matter what they do. Placing stuff on a message board simply raises our ire because we have skin in the game. Doing things though is quite different. If they've made phone calls, visited locations or placed pressure on dealers through actions, I would consider those things interference in company operations. I don't know that they've ever done those things, although I've heard rumors/reports.
The bottom line is, should HJOE make it back from dark status, and I am certain that is their honest, ultimate goal, should ADVFN folks be involved in some sort of scheme, there will be a major buying frenzy the day the stock reopens (there's a cut and copy line for them about the stock). They always love to talk about playing the price action and taking profits and I can't disagree. If the stock should make it back, all of the momentum will be positive, IMO, as a filing will show where their revenues really are. IF they are in the millions and IF they come back, those folks are going to need a tube of preparation H for the ramming they'll take on the initial burst. All, IMO.
