It would be great to see Janice Shell and Igloo nailed with RICO. But the reality is they are nothing more than "smirfs" in the criminal enterprise. The equivalent of lowlifes buying cold medication for a living. The bottom feeders like JS, kittp, and Igloo would only be useful as snitches for going after the big prizes such as the Kramers, MMs, and the Matt Browns of the world.
