BMI Capital Corporation was an American asset management firm, not a consulting firm or an investment bank. It doesn't/didn't do this type of work. And it appears to be no longer in business. Yes, they happened to have leased space in the same office building that Dominick & Dickerman LLC now occupies. Not that out of the ordinary.

But they have nothing to do with us.

We are now going down the road with Dominick & Dickerman LLC who brought in two companies controlled by Chan Heng Fai.

BMI Capital Partners International Ltd signed on for consulting and banking services and Xpress Group International Limited made a loan to us.

Both are controlled by Chan Heng Fai.
