Let me get this straight, there was a BMI Capital LLC (American firm) that had the same office as Dominick & Dickerman LLC. Dominick & Dickerman LLC signed a contract with AMBS and subcontract 50% of it to a BMI Capital Partners International Ltd (a Hong-Kong based firm) and which happens to have the same address as old BMI and Dominick & Dickerman LLC.

Perhaps the address for BMI on the 8-K is wrong; or Dominick & Dickerman LLC is subleasing part of their office to BMI CPI.
