Apparently that has changed. For some reason (maybe legal teams want the complete process for food lawsuit cases), the reports may be needed. This could be the reason things are taking longer. The actual certificate numbers won't be available until the AOAC makes their report and certificates public. Jeffrey was hoping for a short cut by making sales before the certificates are delivered.
