Just remember it takes more than we know to get a company going. Certification for E-coli and Salmonella is a small piece of the puzzle. In order to crank out deliveries, there needs to be a support mechanism, additional employees, a marketing department and more. Just because certs are completed, it doesn't mean the company can deliver the MIT 1000 in a good, orderly fashion.  Open the spigot too fast and chaos could ensue. As such, I believe this groundwork is being done while we wait for certs. According to Jeffrey last time we talked; he said the small steps being taken would not be a press release. Maybe the certs are already completed. Who knows?
