Forgot to mention this in my last post. If this is about shorting then there would be a way of doing it and bypassing the brokers margin requirement. A market maker would have to be hired. Awsome penny stocks had their own market maker that would support and manipulate the share price, take a look at LOTE. A 1million dollar bet when the market maker went short put the market maker out of buisness.
This same market maker was used for all of their promos. So if it truly is shorting then it would go far beyond the turds on Ihub.
