Although for whatever reason it looks like Players Network decided not to continue their action against KBM. A settlement was reached and KBM is only being paid the amount of their note plus reasonable interest. They did not get shares and they did not get default interest nor a $2,000 a day penalty their financings call for. Without calculating it looks like they got only the 8% interest the notes call for and no more.
