I think this is where the the true win comes in, even if HJOE does take a loss, KBM will now have to openly put a dollar amount of what they are seeking. No more talk of the "contactual" shares. This should change the tone in the court room considerably.
While remaining positive on the outcome what would be the guess as to what that number would be?? Is HJOE in a position now to absorb a cash decision against it? I think so, and I think this hits KBM hard. A settlement has to be in the works, now it should have shifted to KBM wanting a settlement more than HJOE.
I just can't see anyone standing in open court and saying they are owed 1,000% interest.
I know we need to file the form 10 and complete financials but do we also need a MM to vouch for the company? I thought this is still part of being listed again and seemed to be the hardest thing.
