One other consideration in this is that they , 'may' , move the schedule to a lower level than II which would for all intents and purposes keep the FDA out of it with effect on the pharma part.
But, looking at who Trump is, and how the Pharma controls our Congress.......I don't see them leaving money on the table.
My only real concern really , is that I would like to see viable research done and settle the issue once and for all so folks can get the medication they need and not get strung out on medicine that causes more harm than good.
As an investor......I have to look at who will be around and who will not.
