Yes, I agree with that, absolutely. Being involved in a number of companies in my personal portfolio what I am considering now though is that any of those companies which are not in a , 'recreational ' state.....most likely will not make it as a company. Some may get bought out, but, most will simply have to close the doors because of the regulations that will come down the pike.
So, based on that, I feel that the only truly viable option would be to do a couple of options. First, to only buy companies that are in a recreational state and have a firm footing....., or, own a company which is not in the U.S..
Bill has been fairly firm that he was concerned what the US would do when it came to this sort of thing, which at this point seems to be panning out as accurate. Very interesting development though and a lot to think about. JMO of course. GLTA
