It doesn't look like they own any "commercial stage wound companies" so either they could be acting just as an advisory/ financing source to another (I assume) Chinese wound company, maybe a partner along with a Chinese wound company or maybe the JV partner they have been working with has stalled and this is another deal they have replaced it with. It certainly looks like this guy would want to be a partner though and not just a lender.
