Chan Heng Fai owns BMI Capital partners which has the New York office. You can see BMI listed under the "Companies" heading on the website. So BMI International Partners Ltd is the international arm with the main office in Hong Kong.
Xpress Group Ltd is his investment company so they along with Dominick loaned the $250k to AMBS. It is discussed under the "My first few pots of gold" heading. It says he changed the name from Xpress Group to Heng Fai Enterprises so not sure if maybe it is just a subsidiary now of the other entity?
It looks like this guy is either partnering with or financing AMBS. If you read the biotech heading, it seems more likely a partner then just a loan.
