The only sentence that matters, that should have mattered to 'Judge nap' and to you is:
"Kennedy has emphatically denied there was any quid pro quo offered and the FBI said the classification markings were not altered."
Without a wire, no way to know. No case.
If she were in court, 'objection, calls for speculation' followed by 'sustained' would ring in her ears, repeatedly. LOL!
