Obama Defends A Trump Supporter At Clinton Rally And Shows True Presidential Greatness

Contrast this with the f*cking moron who shouts "get him out! Get him out!"

By Jason Easley on Fri, Nov 4th, 2016 at 4:13 pm

President Obama showed what it means to a president for all Americans by defending a Trump supporter during a rally for Hillary Clinton in North Carolina.

After a North Carolina rally crowd got sidetracked while shouting down a Trump supporter, the President said:

I told you to be focused, and you’re not focused right now. Listen to what I’m saying. Hold up….Everybody sit down and be quiet for a second. Everybody sit down and be quiet for a second.

Now listen up. I’m serious. Listen up. You’ve got an older gentleman who is supporting his candidate. He’s not doing nothing. You don’t have to worry about him. This is what I mean about folks not being focused.

First of all. First of all, we live in a country that respects free speech. So, second of all, it looks maybe he might have served in our military, and we gotta respect that. Third of all, he was elderly, and we gotta respect our elders, and fourth of all, don’t boo, vote.”

Compare how President Obama defended someone who probably has never supported him with how Donald Trump treats protesters at his rallies. If that is too high of a standard, compare President Obama’s defense of a Trump supporter to the fact that the Republican nominee once kicked a crying baby out of his rally.

President Obama demonstrated what it means to be a president for all Americans.

It was an expected moment of presidential greatness that should be measuring stick by why Donald Trump fitness and temperament for office are measured by.

Obama’s words in North Carolina are exactly why he has been more than a president. Barack Obama has also been a national role model.
