its not about successfully getting a form 10 to pass. its having the funds and due process to follow through with it. Most smaller company's don't have that due to the corruption that happened before and when suspension and greys ensue they become trapped. so it's easier to stay grey and operate under the radar then try to relist. but Hjoe has the clout and the legal team to do so.
