This is probably correct. I still own shares in two gray companies. They too didn't file reports. Both at at .00000. I have held them for 3 or more years in hopes they return. I know one company is still in business and is making money. He blamed illegal off shore shorts, toxic loan companies and ihub bashers as the ones that got him suspended.
